Mylder

Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 11, 2026

Mylder is a product board for small studios: it collects user feedback, organises it with AI, and turns it into work packages. This page explains what data we handle and why. Mylder is operated by Origo Ventures AS, registered in Norway.

What we collect

  • Account data. Your email address and a hashed password, used to sign you in.
  • Feedback content. Whatever you or your users submit: text, screenshots, and technical context (browser, route, console errors). If your users include their name or email, we store those so you can close the loop with them.
  • Anonymous identifiers. Roadmap votes and widget threads use a random identifier stored in the visitor's browser. It is not linked to a person unless they choose to leave an email.
  • Usage analytics. Aggregate page analytics on the marketing site (no cross-site tracking, no ad networks).

How AI is used

Feedback is processed by Anthropic's Claude models to classify, summarise, and cluster it, and to draft work packages. Content is sent to Anthropic for processing and is not used to train their models.

Where data lives

Data is stored with Supabase (Postgres, EU region) and served through Vercel. Transactional email is sent through Resend. We do not sell data to anyone.

Your rights

You can export or delete your workspace data at any time. Email hei@mylder.ai and we will handle it within 30 days. If you are an end user of a product that uses Mylder, contact that product's team first; we act as a processor on their behalf.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, account owners get an email before the change takes effect.
